HubSpot CRM
Onboarding and setup from a certified partner.
-
You talk to the person doing the work
No handover between salespeople, project managers and specialists. You deal directly with the person who analyses, plans and does the work.
-
We optimise for deals, not clicks
Clicks, traffic and leads are only steps along the way. We follow what actually leads to sales and put more effort where it pays off best.
-
No lock-in and no hidden costs
The price is set before we start and it holds. Nothing is added beyond what we agreed, and you are never tied into a contract to get help.
Frequently asked questions
Which tier do we need?
More often a lower one than you think. We'll say so if a cheaper tier is enough — we gain nothing from you paying HubSpot more.
Can you move data from our current system?
Yes. Migration from other CRMs, spreadsheets or ERP systems is part of the setup. The dull part is cleaning the data first, and that can't be skipped.
What happens after the setup?
Either you run it yourselves — we leave documentation — or we manage it on an ongoing basis. Many choose the latter for the first six months and then take over.
What does a CRM system cost?
HubSpot has a free tier that stretches further than most people expect, and paid versions priced per user and per feature level. The larger cost is almost always the setup, not the licence. We'll say so if a cheaper tier is enough — we gain nothing from you paying HubSpot more.
How does HubSpot work?
It gathers contacts, deals and communication in one place, and connects marketing to sales so that every lead carries where it came from. The strength is that it all hangs together. The weakness is that a half-built account becomes a shell nobody logs into.
Is HubSpot a CRM system?
Yes, the CRM is the foundation and that part is free. Around it sit modules for marketing, sales, service and content, bought as needed. That's why you can start small and build on, unlike systems that require you to take everything at once.
Most HubSpot accounts we’re shown are half-built. Someone set it up two years ago, half the fields go unused, the pipeline doesn’t reflect how sales actually work, and the reports can’t be trusted. So people log in less and less often, and eventually the truth lives in a spreadsheet again.
A CRM that isn’t used isn’t half a CRM. It’s zero, plus a licence cost.
What you get
- Pipelines and deal stages that mirror how you really sell.
- Properties and fields that actually get filled in — the rest removed.
- Forms and tracking connected so every lead carries its origin.
- Integrations with the systems you already run.
- Reports the management team can read without anyone interpreting them.
- Training for the people who will actually use it.
How it works
We start with how you sell today, not with what HubSpot can do. Only once the process is described do we build it in the tool. It sounds obvious and it almost never happens, which is why so many accounts look the way they do.
We’re a certified HubSpot partner, which in practice means we’ve seen enough setups to know which shortcuts cost you later.
