Privacy policy
This page describes what personal data SteadyGo AB processes, why, and what rights you have. It applies to steadygo.se and to the forms, bookings and calculators on it.
Who is responsible
SteadyGo AB, company registration number 559534-5470, Stationshuset, Nya Uppsalavägen 19, 740 12 Morgongåva, Sweden, is the data controller. Questions about your data go to freddy@steadygo.se.
What we collect, and why
When you fill in a form we store what you enter — normally your name, email address, phone number, company and your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and to follow up on what you asked about. We also store which page you submitted the form on and which campaign or search brought you here, so we know which marketing works.
When you book a review we also store the time you picked, and a calendar invitation is sent to your email address. The meeting goes into our calendar at Google.
When you use a price calculator the price is worked out in your browser, and nothing is stored until you choose to have the breakdown emailed. We then store your email address, your website and the choices you made, so that the breakdown matches what you calculated.
When you visit the site our host logs your IP address and which pages were served, as part of running the site. Cookies and measurement are covered below.
Legal basis
Forms and bookings rest on your consent — you tick the box before sending, and you can withdraw it whenever you like. If you are already a client we process what is needed to perform the contract. We rely on legitimate interest to follow up an enquiry you sent us yourself, and to understand how the site is used in aggregate. Server logs and spam protection also rest on legitimate interest, since a site that cannot be protected cannot be run.
Who processes data on our behalf
We use a number of services that process data on our instructions, with data processing agreements in place:
- HubSpot — our CRM. Every form submission lands here, along with our correspondence with you. HubSpot Ireland Limited, with transfer to the United States under the European Commission’s adequacy decision.
- Google — calendar and video meetings for booked reviews. Google Ireland Limited.
- Our web host — running the site, including server logs.
- CookieYes — handles your cookie consent and stores what you chose.
We never sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone other than the processors above — except where the law requires it.
Cookies and measurement
The site sets no measurement cookies before you have consented. Necessary cookies — those needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice — are always set. If you accept measurement, HubSpot’s tracking script loads and connects your visit to any enquiry you send. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings on the site, and clear cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that lead nowhere are cleared after two years. Client data is kept for the term of the agreement and three years after, and what Swedish accounting law requires is kept for seven years. Ask us to delete your data and we will, except for what we are obliged to retain.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, to have data erased, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to restrict processing, and to receive your data in a machine-readable format. If you have given consent you may withdraw it, without affecting processing that has already taken place.

Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page. If you have an ongoing conversation with us and the change affects you, we will tell you.
