AI implementation
We put AI where it saves real time — inside your processes, not in a pilot that quietly runs out of steam.
-
You talk to the person doing the work
No handover between salespeople, project managers and specialists. You deal directly with the person who analyses, plans and does the work.
-
We optimise for deals, not clicks
Clicks, traffic and leads are only steps along the way. We follow what actually leads to sales and put more effort where it pays off best.
-
No lock-in and no hidden costs
The price is set before we start and it holds. Nothing is added beyond what we agreed, and you are never tied into a contract to get help.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to implement AI in a company?
Almost nothing in licences — model access runs to a few pounds per user per month, and that is not where the money goes. The cost is the mapping and the plumbing: working out which tasks actually eat time, and getting your systems to talk to each other. So it is priced per project after a review rather than in packages. The review is free and you get the answer whether or not we end up working together.
Which processes are worth automating with AI?
The ones that recur, run on text and have a clear right answer — summarising incoming enquiries, categorising and routing them, producing a first draft, reading a document and filling in a field. What does not suit it is decisions where a mistake is expensive and nobody would catch it in time. We always keep a person in the last step when the output goes to a customer.
Do we need developers of our own?
No. Most of it is built in tools you already have, or in Zapier and HubSpot, and what you get back are flows you can see and switch off yourselves. If something needs real code we say so first and you get to choose. We leave nothing behind that only we can maintain — that is the whole difference from a pilot that dies when the consultant goes home.
How is this different from marketing automation?
Marketing automation handles timing in customer communication: who gets what, and when. AI implementation is about the work inside the company — what is done by hand today in an inbox or a spreadsheet. They often meet in the same flow, and when the work sits in marketing we build them together rather than as two projects.
Most AI initiatives stall because they start with the technology instead of the workflow. We do the opposite: map how you work today, point out where AI genuinely makes a difference, and build it into your CRM and existing routines. Then we follow up on time saved and deals won — not on how many tools you’ve adopted.
