Certifierad Besiktning

Certifierad Besiktning coordinates experienced, certified building inspectors for projects across the Mälardalen region. The services range from pre-purchase surveys for private buyers to final and warranty inspections, contract inspections under the AB04 and ABT06 standards, condition surveys with maintenance plans, investigative inspections when something has gone wrong, and expert opinions in disputes. Fifteen disciplines, from groundworks and construction to solar, lifts and medical gases.

The breadth was the design problem itself. Three entirely different audiences — private buyers, construction firms and housing associations — all have to find the right thing without being handed a service catalogue to read through.

The site is built around the three ways in: quote requests, the contact form, and applications from inspectors who want to join the network, plus a login portal.
